We start with a short discovery call to understand your facility, your certifications, and your current food safety program. Then we walk you through the parts of Beacon most relevant to your operation: HACCP plans, document control, monitoring forms, and any other modules that match your needs. It's a real platform walkthrough, not a slide deck.

Plan on 20 minutes. We book a 30-minute slot so there is room for your questions, and we won't keep you longer than what's useful. If it makes sense to go deeper, we schedule a full platform walkthrough at a separate time.

We don't offer a self-serve free trial. Beacon is a platform we configure to your facility, so an unguided trial wouldn't give you an accurate picture of what it looks like set up for your operation. The demo is the right first step, and there's no obligation after.

Nothing formal is required. It helps to have a rough sense of your facility size, your certifications or certification goals, and the biggest pain points in your current food safety program. If you have specific questions, bring them. We'll make sure they get answered.

The person responsible for food safety or quality is the most important attendee. If a plant manager, owner, or operations lead is involved in software decisions, it's worth having them on as well. The demo is structured to be useful for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
